Daily operations included:
Analyzing sales, web/application traffic, and visitor behavior for John Deere’s global websites, and key applications under ownership of the Digital Customer Experience (DCE) group. Provision of Adobe training, support, and reporting dashboards for key stakeholders and business leaders across global teams. Services and analysis provided assists in key business decisions regarding UX, content placement, digital marketing efforts, and regional application lifespans. Defining emerging patterns within the data required strong communication skills, the ability to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), and the ability to elevate critical opportunities for the business.
